NY Times just did their photo shoot, that article will be on nytimes.com after 7pm PST.
I received a copy of the letter the ACLU sent to the law firm in regards to their press release Thursday. In essence the letter states that the whole reason ARS 33-1808 came about was due to a HOA telling a homeowner he couldn't fly the Gadsden flag.

What in the world are these people thinking. How about they remove the sign at the front of the housing addition as it is debris as well. You tell them unless they want to start making your mortage payment you'll fly what you want. That's the problem with the people in this country. You move into these neighborhoods and don't know what they're liable to do. You bought the property, pay for it, pay taxes on it, I say as long as it's not infringing on the rights of others to hell with the. Fight hard Andy. Someone has to stop the madness.
